École Saint-Olivier is located in the dynamic neighbourhood of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Québec City, which is itself the oldest city in Canada. A five-minute walk takes you to Parliament Hill or the gates of the old city.
Most of the houses date back to the 18th or 19th century and have the old-world charm of closely-space row houses. A short distance away you can find a variety of cafés, restaurants, and pubs to suit all tastes, as well as many shops and boutiques.
Many small hotels and bed-and-breakfasts offer a place to stay for those visiting the city.
If you book in advance, our school may be able to help you find special accommodations for students who would like to practice their French in a typically-Québecois bed-and-breakfast.
